Started off really well and happy with the design but after paying in full, realised that the online shop was not what we had paid for or been quoted for and would only allow us to input one product manually at a time - with over 4000 products to deal with and update every day it was impossible. That's when we saw the real Creare - completely ignoring emails and phone calls - eventually after 6 months of broken promises we went to the top but we were offered £200 compensation and no further efforts to sort out our problems - I have never ever made a bad rating like this in my 13 years of business but feel others should be forewarned. Got so frustrated that I considered court action to try and get some of my money back. When trying to move away they wanted £120 to do it for me. They are charging £48 PER MONTH for hosting (new hosting package only costing £4.99 PER YEAR!) and you have no control over making changes to your site - they charge you for everything. Just want to put it all behind me so used Nominet to move hosts at £12 - site had to come down though so a complete waste of 1 years worth of time, money and effort - please think carefully before giving this crew any of your hard earned dosh! There were loads of angry customers on their facebook page but all of those comments have now been removed!

I found this company through Google, and was reassured by their website, and sales team.

I must compliment their sales team on their quick action and professional follow-up!

In fact, it seems to me that the sales and marketing team is the most professional element in this company, apart maybe from their legal team.

To me as an ex-customer, I must say that I was extremely disappointed by their performance.

They changed a few meta titles and keywords, and a few words on the pages ( I mean a few!)

I certainly had a regular flow of emails informing me about keywords ranking higher in google analytics, which i do follow regularly.

I also asked for a design revamp, but basically got a reskin, which cost around 2500 GBP. I was expecting a design concept not a reskin, which should cost a few 100's.

Overall, I would not recommend Creare. They are too marketing oriented, and not enough performance on what they promise.

Beware , also, that once you have signed up, you have signed up, and the lawyers are there in the background.

Creare have played a vital role in ensuring my company achieved page one rankings on numerous terms. I started using Creare after a bad experience with my previous SEO company who had not kept up with the latest changes with Google Panda and Penguin updates.

I have had an E commerce site since 2005 and over the years have used three separate SEO companies and without doubt have found the best in Creare. The support and advice has been exceptional and what really works is that everything is done ‘in house’. My previous experience has been that most SEO companies outsource their services and lose consistency. Creare have short, medium and long term strategys to protect their customers from any algorithm updates. I have no hesitation in recommending Creare for PPC, SEO, social media, public relation, content writing and site build.

Creare promise a great deal and deliver very little of it. I found the whole process frustrating, lengthy and well below the standards I was expecting.

The sales team do a very good job in making the product and service seem first class, however, from my experience that is where it stops. Do not believe a word the sales team say as the development team will have no idea what they have agreed or how to deliver it.

They are happy to mass produce standard e-commerce sites out of a box, however, if like me you were looking for something a little different they don't have a clue. I found that I was repeating myself time and time again to get them to understand my business requirements. They appear to want to put a square peg in a round whole as it is easier for them.

There customer service is appalling with requests having to be chased numerous times in order to get a response let alone action. I really felt as though I was the one doing all the work on the project and paying them for the privilege.

Please do not use this inept company unless you want to a simple out of the box site that you will pay over the odds for coupled with mindbogglingly bad service.

We decided to work with Creare because of their professional services in webdesign and SEO, and their friendly approach. As with all partnerships of this kind we had to put a certain amount of trust in Creare and we were not let down.
From the very beginning the Creare team worked together, and with us to provide everything we asked for, within budget. They took our website brief and turned it into the exact website we had hoped for and even added in design extras that we could never have thought of ourselves. Communication was excellent throughout and we were always well informed. We couldn't be happier with the results and a very big thank you to Gemma and Vimal for their fantastic work.

I had my website built by Jon Frank at Creare. Communication was very good all the way through the process. Jon was very good at listening to what i wanted and kept in touch with me explaining things every step of the way.
The look of the website exceeded my expectations, and i am definitely going to use Jon again for any future projects.
I would easily recommend Jon to my friends and family if they ever wanted similar work doing.

So far i am so pleased that i chose creare to design and build my website as it has turned out even better than i could of imagined and the communication has been excellent between us and at no stage did they try to rush it.
They have done a very thorough job with the website build so if they continue in the same manor with the seo campaign which so far is looking promising i shall be staying with creare for my monthly seo.

I found Creare's service exceptional from initial consultation through to completion. The design department were in constant communication with me and dealt with any queries efficiently thus creating a relationship that gave me confidence in what they where doing, I was very pleased with the design and layout of the site and only had to make minor alterations regarding the content, all in all nothing seemed to be any bother for for the whole team. I was especially pleased with the way I was spoken to as my knowledge in this field is very limited it was never any trouble to take time to explain in "laymen's terms".
All in all a good experiance.

When we commissioned Creare to re-design our website we asked them not to just take it up one notch, but two or three.

Having worked with a number of web designers/developers over the years, it was a great experience to work with a designer (Gavin H - Senior Design Manager, Creare Communications) who is also a musician and therefore, someone who knew what he would want to see if he visited our website. When the final draft was unveiled, we couldn't wait to get it live and into the public domain.

The fact that Creare also have a superbly talented in-house video production team (headed by Sam Gale - Senior Videographer), also gave us a killer 'intro' video.

To support our fast flow of new news items, the admin section of the site needed to be extremely easy to access and populate with new data - it is!

Finally, the site is fully versatile, giving us the scope to add new features as and when we want to.
