A: Light, minimal and containing ONLY what is necessary for me to work (computer, desk, light and plenty of window space)

A: Being freelance I bounce in and out of teams on a regular basis as well as taking charge as a solo designer so I adapt quickly.

A: My work

A: Word of mouth, being featured for my work and website showcase galleries.

A: Meet my client for a coffee, Sketch out the project, Complete the job with great reactions from my clients.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being honest, upfront, realistic and confident of your abilities and skills.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same way as any other client, start by understanding their needs.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would only advise them is they asked me after all it is their choice and not my place to step in unless requested. I would tell them to break down exactly what they want and match that to the company that can provide what they require.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: My name is my business name, it's personal and my clients know who they are dealing with.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't just select someone because a few people said so, look at their work and select someone who's work is outstanding, check out dribbble.com for great examples of work.
