WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Computer Coders Limited: ”We use a user centred development process whereby we involve the client in each step of the design process and gather feedback each step of the way.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Computer Coders Limited: ”The basis of any successful web project is to deliver on time, within budget. This can only be achieved if the process is clearly defined based upon a thorough requirements gathering stage. Only a true expert can achieve this.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Computer Coders Limited: ”If there is a problem we aim to resolve it. Sometimes new clients, usually those who have been let down by other design companies who offer cheap services, have unrealistic expectations of what they should get for their money. We always illustrate the value of our work in terms of what it adds to their business. In the end, many of our clients realise that they were better to pay more for a quality service.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Computer Coders Limited: ”I would say never go for the cheapest company. There is a reason why they are cheap. They have to undercut everyone else to get work because no-one will refer them. Use a company that is experienced in your industry sector.”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Computer Coders Limited: ”We focus on user centred web design, seo and usability. We believe that these elements cannot be separated and that is what we promote to our customers. We are already providing international SEO. This is what shall place us globally.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Computer Coders Limited: ”The market shall depends on the end users which drive it.”

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Computer Coders Limited: ”Both PC and Mac”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Computer Coders Limited: ”From my time has an IT and Web Trainer for another web design company and Barnsley Council. I saw the constrast between what some developers think users want and what they actually need. It's about technical so you don't have to be and bridging the chasm of ignorance.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Computer Coders Limited: ”To think about your website in terms of a business extension and as part of your overall marketing strategy which, should itself, be completely flexibility.”
