A: We guarantee to beat any like for like quote, we don't blind and confuse our clients with technical jargon, we feed information to our clients in small manageable and understandable pieces.

A: Word of Mouth - We feel this is the best advertisement a business can have as it proves we are doing the right thing and meeting our clients needs.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We stay in touch continuously with our clients from Start to Finish, as well as ongoing after support and advise. Our clients websites are our portfolio and we believe that by maintaining a good relationship with our clients we will be their number one choice for repeat business.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty, Good Communication and Understanding. Start with a clear understanding of what the client wants, needs and expects. Sometimes this means long conversations, but they are worth taking time over. Speak clearly with no confusing blinding technical jargon and most of all be Honest, if something will not work correctly, or if it will harm the design, be honest and inform the client.

A: Start with a clear understanding of what the client wants, needs and expects. Sometimes this means long conversations but by trying to understand things from their perspective and asking questions about their demands often manages the situation in a clear coherent manner.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Get an impartial external web expert to look at the web companies own websites and their clients websites, reviewing the coding and the quality, design and usability.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: A Medium to Large Web Design & Print agency, with a number of dedicated and trustworthy staff, but still maintaining our No Jargon policy and First Class service.

A: Built into many aspects of every day life, technology will advance improving the way interaction is handled, but friendly people will always be the other side of the website.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Comp Tek was chosen by combining and abbreviating the words 'Computer' and 'Technology' and we decided to go woth a 'K' for 'Tek' for that added difference.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: The web is forever changing and with this in mind websites need to be kept up to date, fresh and modern. No one likes out of date websites least of all Search Engines. If you keep your site up to date, fresh, modern you will get the most out of your website and hoping to lead towards more sales.
