Reviews
Comgem have proven themselves time and time again, both with the product they produce and their customer service along the way - so much so, they've become our exclusive supplier for web projects. Comgem have genuinely looked after us as a client, which is something we just haven't experienced from other suppliers. Our relationship with the team there is fantastic and communication has played a huge part in that. Not only are they proactive in keeping us updated, but their response time is second to none and have gone beyond the call of duty on several occasions.
One of the unique things about Comgem is their feedback process and how as clients, we actually see our feedback implemented into their continually developing products. On several occasions, they've extracted functionality ideas from passing comments and have implemented them before we ever had to request them. Their dedication, not only to their clients but also to having the best product on the market, is evident and we've yet to feel the need to look elsewhere.
Another huge asset to their company is their talent in design. They've consistently come up with fresh, exciting and perhaps most importantly suitable designs for the wide variety of target audiences our web projects reach, which is a huge achievement.
It's without hesitation that I heartily recommend Comgem - you won't be disappointed.
Comgem understood exactly what it was that I was trying to achieve from our website and surpassed my expectations. They quoted a competitive price and did not seek to add cost at every possible opportunity. They have an excellent technical understanding of web desaign but did not baffle me with jargon. The final outcome has i believe raised our profile as a mechanical handling equipment supplier and shows clearly the range of equipment that we manufacture. I would not hesitate to recommend Comgem and would like to thank them for their work on our behalf.
