A: I create simple, effective easy to use websites for small business clients I like to treat as friends

A: I work in a room in my Devon home under a thatched roof.

A: My honest personal service and fast turnaround for maintenance

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: My work comes mainly from recommendations from happy customers

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I like to interact with my clients at every stage of development. Sometimes just by email, somethimes on the phone and sometimes in person - it depends on what the client prefers. As the site is developed I request feedback at each stage up to completion.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty.

A: Give them what they want.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to the designer and see if they feel they will be right for them,.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still working on small projects with friendly people, I hope.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I hope the Internet retains a good deal of useful websites without becoming totally commercial. I still expect there to be a place for the small business presence in the way it is structured presently.
