codepotato: A lot of people nowadays waste time on the couch in front of the TV, and are known as couch-potatoes. We spend time in front of our computers, designing and coding, so are codepotato.

codepotato: To prove that web development needn't be expensive.

codepotato: Perfect!

codepotato: We believe in open communication and discussion. Everything we do is discussed in detail.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
codepotato: Our openness. We believe in truly understanding our clients' objectives. To do so, we aim to learn as much as possible about the purpose of the project. We'll then research how to achieve their goals, and set out goals to measure our progress.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
codepotato: Word of mouth and twitter!

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
codepotato: Email, iPhone, Telephone conversations

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
codepotato: Trust. Be honest with pricing and deliver what was agreed. Never cut corners!

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
codepotato: Understand the reasons behind their demands. There's often a reason why it has to be done by the end of that day!

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
codepotato: Phone each company, and ask to meet up with the developer to thrash out ideas. If you get the right impression from the company, then use them. If they resist meeting you, it's probably a sign.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
codepotato: Hopefully exactly where i am at the moment, but with more happy clients.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
codepotato: Hmm... hard to guess. I'll leave that to those that have time to guess!
