We went to CNX Web Solutions with a brief idea of what we wanted. Once we discussed what features we would like and what would be right for us, CNX designed and built the site. We were involved at every stage of the design and build of the website. There were times that we did not like the design, this is when we requested a re-design. CNX we're more than happy to accommodate us, as they knew the importance of a web presence for us. Although we are an IT Company and have similar technical jargon, there we're always helpful members of staff at CNX, that could speak to us without using technical jargon. As with most technical products there we're a couple teething problems that we were informed about and were prepared to deal with.
Mother Ivey's Bay is a top-rated 5 star holiday park and we wanted a website that would compliment our brand, generate new holiday bookings, help sell holiday caravans, keep customers informed and also act as a tool for staff recruitment.
As our senior management was 'web-illiterate' we appointed an external Project Manager to prepare a shortlist of design companies, conduct interviews and advise on the appointment... of CNX. We chose CNX because they talked to us in plain English plus they had previous experience in tourism and leisure.
At every stage of the project, from concept to completion, Matt and the team at CNX were always very helpful and we are delighted with our new website. Having completed the website, we have retained CNX to advise on our internet marketing.
Excellent web Design Company. Very helpful, interested in our projects and products. We found working with the designers easy and open. Our ideas were taken onboard and discussed with us, incorporated into the design for us to see our ideas on the screen. Some worked and some didn’t but the designers were patience and understanding.
We were kept informed every step of the project, which was reassuring and actually removed all the stress and worry. Any problems we encountered were dealt with quickly and we were informed immediately. Cnx always communicated in an easy, jargon free style, which was very helpful and made us feel completely involved in the whole project from start to finish.
We are very happy with the final outcome of the project. The web site is exactly want we requested; to be honest the site exceeds our original expectations. The small, subtle changes and suggestions made by Cnx took the overall look and feel of the web site to another level. The service was excellent, we recommend Cnx Web Solutions. Great to work with!
"Captain" Jim
Web Designer
Jim is our lead designer and works hard to meet the design brief provided by clients. His sites are varied in style and appearance to meet the varied needs of our portfolio.
Jim also conducts a lot of the ongoing work across all of our websites, helping clients keep their sites up to date.
Having recently taken ownership of his first boat, "Captain" Jim may shortly be working for us remotely from whatever tropic atoll he drives into and strands himself on!
Dave
PC Technician
Dave provides us with in-office technical support on all matters relating to our PCs and peripherals. He is also a useful point of contact for clients needing to set up their PCs for new email accounts etc.
Lynne James
Office Manager
Lynne is very much the person who keeps the company running smoothly! She deals with all account matters including invoices as well as the all-important payroll.
Lynne is involved in all aspects of the business, however, and has input into most of our in-house projects.
Martin Smith
Web Developer
Martin deals with most technical aspects of our websites including mail setup, server issues and CMS systems.
Although mostly "out of sight", Martin's work is crucial in ensuring our sites perform effectively and reliably.
Matthew Twynam
General Manager
Matt is the owner/manager of CNX and oversees most of the web design projects the company undertakes. He meets with clients to discuss briefs and is the main point of contact throughout the process.
Matt handles much of the technical side of setting up and maintaining our websites.
He was the unwitting inspiration for "The Beard" - a character that appeared prominently on one of our web designs!
Richard Langley
Web Copy & Marketing
Richard writes most of the in-house copy for our websites. This role includes expanding text for clients and reworking text to make sites SEO friendly for chosen search terms.
Richard also looks after the SEO and web marketing clients and helps develop, promote and sell in-house web directory sites.
