We commissioned CloudBlue web design to put together a professionally looking easy to access and use website. Besides from this our spec to them was very limited and we gave them free reign, which turned out to be a wise decision. They had a better idea of the website then we did ourselves and were able to suggest ideas or features to the site.
CloudBlue kept us involved in every stage of the process through logo and theme development to lay out and finally the end product. We were consulted on every stage to ensure we were heading in the right direction with regards to the feel of the site and its functionality.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We want to build an on going relationships with the client, so we can get to know them and their business to creative a solution that will work for them.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our work is currently from referrals, contact via our website.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: With all project we follow a project management process, which highlights goals that are set at different stages during the project lifecycle. All for the process to be smooth running and both client and Project Manager know what is happening when.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: To be open and honest and to explain why it would work or not
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All clients should be demanding as we are dealing with one of the business important asset, so to deal with this we are always communicating and being totally transparent.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Communication is the key to buildng a good relationship. We want clients to ask us question and query any problem during or after the project, to be transparent and honest.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We plan to grow and move with all the new technologies and marketing concepts and help to bring sucessful web solutions for clients.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Standards are improving all the time, with new technology. There has been a lot of change in the web industry recently. Allowing us to be more creative, so it’s a good place to be.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I was visiting a local national trust property and was looking at a book in the shop and it had a picture for a blue cloud, so after a little while playing around with different names I went with Cloudblue
