A: Supportive, simple, affordable, friendly, professional.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Simply to grow with our customers, we believe that customers vote with their feet, if we do not offer a competitive service they will not stay, but more than this we do not sign customers up to long contracts allowing them the choice to move. This puts the pressure on us to perform while maintaining our support of customers and we are proud of our achievements here.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our family? Not so much as an office in the traditional sense of the word more of a colaboration where experience and youth come together all under the umbrella of technology.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Working as a community, we push ourselves as individuals and as a group to produce prestige, functional websites, tailored to the clients specific requirements.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are certainly not the largest but we look after companies from students and small new starts to public bodies and multi-national companies, we beleive that its the personal touch that keep people coming back time and again.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Mostly word of mouth where we are passed on by introduction based on previous work completed.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Simply and professionally, all the while talking with the customer so that it is clear what is happening and when.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication which starts with listening, how often do people not listen to your requirements? In our industry this seems to happen a lot, if you do not know what a customer requires how can you provide it?

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Calmly and with communication, demanding clients are not an issue if you accuratly capture what they require and provide it.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Really for me there are 3 sections, past work do you like it can you see it being used by yourself? secondly, the performance ongoing, support of you and your site so that you know you can look into the future with confidence and last but for me the most important, do you like the person looking after your project or are they a faceless sales person that makes you feel like a number?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We are working more and more with other design companies to make their designs reality and to provide hosting and technical support and we wee this sector growing month on month.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Paper is slowly passing into the past, more technology usage means that the internet is becoming evermore important and this i believe will continue to be the trend.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Out of nesessity as we started closely linked to a large multinational company before seperating and becoming free-lance.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Spend time on your website even after its finished as you need to believe that it is never finished there is always more you can do to promote your website.
