We are the original development trust for the Lower Ouseburn Valley and have been lead partners in the regeneration of the area for over 10 years. Set up as a charity in 1996 to secure a sustainable future for this unique part of Newcastle, we are now a community-owned and led social enterprise, providing services and owning and managing property for the benefit of the community.
