Bluelinemedia did a fantastic job throughout this project. They took a structured approach to understanding the requirements, which meant we were confident in the outcome, but they were also flexible and accomodating when those requirements changed somewhat as the project progressed. They were available to talk through issues by email or on the phone, unlike some web design companies, and when problems arose during live testing they responded quickly and effectively. They even reviewed the site after completion and suggested some great ways to improve it, then included those changes in the agreed price for the project!

Blueline Media built me a modern, vibrant looking website that is both aesthetically and functionally brilliant. While i had a good idea as to the content i wanted the website to have, i had no idea on the look, colours and graphic layout. Their design team cracked the look i wanted almost immediately and i was very happy with it.

BlueLine's content management system was ideal for me as i needed to have a lot of control and flexibility with regards to the page contents. It is easy to use and allows me to keep on top of stock, new additions and page updates.

I can also speak very highly of their customer service. Any question, query i had was answered very promptly and site amendments were made within hours when we were working on the building of the site.

So in summary I am more than happy to recommend BlueLine to others as they are a talented, professional and hard working group of individuals.

As a design company we have often found working with web build companies a battle ground with them being obstructive and overriding our design decisions BUT what a breath of fresh air Blueline proved to be. They went out of their way to ensure that the design was exactly as our visuals and worked with us whenever there were issues that needed resolving or if, for technical reasons, a design couldn't be achieved.
