Bluelinemedia did a fantastic job throughout this project. They took a structured approach to understanding the requirements, which meant we were confident in the outcome, but they were also flexible and accomodating when those requirements changed somewhat as the project progressed. They were available to talk through issues by email or on the phone, unlike some web design companies, and when problems arose during live testing they responded quickly and effectively. They even reviewed the site after completion and suggested some great ways to improve it, then included those changes in the agreed price for the project!
