Reviews
Mark designed a new website for the nursery. He provided a fantastic service and would not hesitate in recommending his services to any other company. He was extremely professional and communicated very well in terms of both acting on what I wanted for the website and providing suggestions. His work was of a very high standard and the website took shape very quickly.
Mark Palmer is great to work with because he is presents his knowledge of the technicalities in a clear way so that you can make good decisions. He works quickly to deliver the main brief and then follows up swiftly to refine the finished site. It is the nature of this sort of project that requirements change when we see things "on screen" and Mark is very good at this refinement. He is also fast to suggest other options, plug ins or tools which weren't part of the original brief but which could benefit the look feel and functionality of the site.
Highly recommended.
good simple layout, easy to read and clear graphics. have had positive comments from readers and clients. Will probably expand shortly and add further functions. Made good use of provide images.
good communication with mark and responsive to technical concerns. Not overly technical and good value for money.
is that enough words now?
I can only describe the service provided by Mark Palmer as Excellent. Provided with what in hindsight was a very sketchy brief he has delivered a website that meets all of our needs as a Scottish Governing Body and more.
Mark proved to be the consummate professional keeping myself and my committee up to date with progress and providing technical advice and guidance on how we could best achieve what we needed.
Due to the nature of our totally volunteer run organization Mark had to cope with an ever evolving brief and often last minute provision of content. Despite this he managed to keep the project on course and meet our target date for the official launch.
Since its launch the SFCA has received nothing but positive feedback for the new site and thanks to the way that Mark has built it myself and my officers are now able to quickly and easily post new content. This has resulted in a much more dynamic and ultimately better used website which has already attracted a significant number of new members who have taken advantage of the on line membership application system.
Mark Palmer was friendly and approachable and understood what i was looking for. He gave me some ideas, and listened to what i wanted. He kept me informed throughout the process and showed me the web site as it was developingso that I always knew what he was doing and always had the opportunity to ask him to change or add something. I know nothing about web design, and Mark understood this and was neither arrogant not patronising when talking to me about what might work best for my web site. The final outcome was clean and simple, and easy to navigate. Mark updates the website whenever I ask him to and makes any changes I require almost straight away. Overall I am very pleased with Mark' Palmers work, and with the website he created for me. I would (and have) recommended him to others.
After a previous bad experience using a web design company, Mark built us a fantastic website, he made us feel comfortable, he listened to what we wanted and gave us more.
Our website looks great and is easy to use. Mark took time to show us how to manage and update our website and is always on hand to answer any questions, which for me as a novice is paramount.
I would recommend Bluekazoo to all my friends and family.
Mark was always available to help and was able to explain things to me in relatively jargon free language which was essential for me. I was very happy with the final outcome and mark was helpful some time later when i was having problems with installation of broadband causing difficulties with the website. During the design process he was very patient with me.
Creative, exciting, easy to navigate and easy to update - just what we needed...traffic has increased five fold!
Mark took the time to listen to us and worked across our family to work on a number of websites, all with a common look and feel.
The training we got was excellent and made it easy for us to feel confident in using the site.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark on the design of our new website. Mark kept me fully abreast of any developments throughout the project. He also explained things clearly and ensured that I felt part of the process from start to finish. Any questions were always answered clearly and within a matter of hours, not days.
Mark took our initial design concept and worked it up to provide a very comprehensive and flexible template-based site which is an enormous asset to our business activities. He provided excellent advice and in spite of the scale and problems of such a difficult project was always extremely patient and helpful. The end result was fantastic value for money and I would not hesitate to offer an unqualified recommendation to others.
Bluekazoo designed my site some years ago and I was very happy at the level of service delivered by Mark Palmer's company. The site was delivered ahead of my timescale and throughout the process I was consulted regularly with innovative ideas coming from the designer that made the site more interactive.
My business has moved on a level since the site was first done and I now need a more punchier style to keep ahead of the opposition and Bluekazoo will most certainly be asked to design the next Palimpex site and I will certainly be contacting Mark in the coming months. Don't hesitate to use Bluekazoo they are superb.
I contacted Mark to build my Marillion fan site. The idea was that this was to be a collaborative user built site. Mark carried out all of the design work and installation of an excellent content management package which allows myself and users to add content and grow the site.
Superb web designer, easy going and great value for money. Highly recommended.
