This was our first website so we needed much reasurance and coaxing through the project. Beyond Computers proved to be excellent at establishing a two-way communication that allowed it to proceed with the right amount of support and feedback and to keep us fully involved and informed as the website was developed.

The process of putting the website together was explained fully in lay man's terms. Documented meetings were held
to choose the design and content for the site, with many options made available. My budget was taken into consideration and the ability to be able to add facilities to the site as the business developes.

The design of the site came as a result of Beyond Computers examining fully what was required. Ideas from Podium Business Partners and Beyond Computers were pooled to come up with the best solution for the long term aim of the site. All communication with Beyond Computers was well documented including the whole project management process.

All communication is easy and helpful with problems being dealt with swiftly.
Whilst I was learning to upload the site, the Beyond Computers team came to my rescue promptly and with politeness and patience.
Beyond Computers is working as an intrical part of the Podium Team on the long term plans of the development of the brand.
