A: BeSeen Marketing philosophy is to deliver quality services that drives clients businesses and to establish a partnership with clients to support their marketing on an ongoing basis.

A: The office is studious, collaborative, busy and a fun place to work.

A: We have invested in the right systems to manage our services and to help to deliver quality results. Our teams are always bouncing ideas off each other and work closely to develop effective solutions for our clients.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are different because great web design is only the beginning. To really reap the rewards businesses need to market themselves online and we help clients find the right mix of online marketing to achieve the results they want within the budgets available. We are also different because we offer offline marketing services such as branding and print and design.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Refferal, word of mouth, online marketing and social media.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Projects are managed seamlessly throughout the whole process. Our marketing experts assess the clients initial needs and provide our recommendations. Once a project is signed off a project manager is allocated who is responsible for all client interaction until completion f the project.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust, trust and trust. Trust is built by providing sound advice, understanding their business needs and delivering great service.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All our clients are demanding as they want our services. Clients are dealt with in a professional way all times.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They should develop a clear understanding of their requirements and what they want to achieve. Research, and select a shortlist of potential companies After an initial conversation go and visit the ones you like best at their location and meet their teams. Ask for examples of work that they have undertaken and results they have achieved. Make your decision based on technical capability, knowledge and advice given, additional services provided. Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Difficult question as the digital marketing space changes so quickly - we did not have social media as a marketing tool 5 years ago. We will however still be providing quality marketing advice and services to our clients and helping their businesses to grow.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design will just become a part of the online marketing mix. Web design will take on new forms such as mobile. Also web design will constantly change due to the development of new technologies.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: A long and careful process. BeSeen Marketing just described what we are all about - helping companies be visible both online and offline.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To make sure that they drive traffic to your site through effective online marketing - then if the site is a conversion engine this is what will deliver results. Do it and keep on doing - marketing today is not a one off campaign it is something that has to be undertaken all the time.
