They always took my opinions into full consideration when designing the website.
They gave me plenty of options to consider & was always willing to give their professional opinion when asked for.
When I asked for further information on technical elements of the website they always gave me a full explanation & always explained everything to my satisfaction.
The end result was a well thought out & planned website for my company.
They always provided me with information that I did'nt expect such as printed explanations of everything that they undertook etc...
When I had a few minor alterations to make to the website they made the changes swiftly & to my complete satisfaction.
We found it very easy to communicate with Asterisk Media during the planning of our website. Because we are a charity we are run by a committee and Asterisk Media took everyones' suggestions on board when designing the web pages.
They were extremly helpful and we found it much easier than we anticipated.
When we contact them to add something to the website they are always helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the site and would reccomend Asterisk Media to anyone in fact we do! They offer a very reliable, efficient service
