Following several attempts to get it right internally we finally accepted that we needed help from some website marketing professionals. We prefer to work with local suppliers so, following a briefing meeting Artlines Media, who were our prefered choice, we liked the idea of a measurable marketing solution for our Marlow based IT Support company. They spoke to us in plain English terms and explained any unfamilier industry jargon without sounding patronising. We were impressed with their ideas and we accepted their first design without hesitation.
Artlines Media knew exactly what the issues were with our existing website. They took onboard where we wanted to be and who we wanted to target. They then hand held us through the process of design, content writing, launch and SEO.
We are still working with Artlines Media on an ongoing SEO basis. However from the results so far we are extremely pleased with the team, their efforts, their skills and their knowledge. Artlines Media certainly are a great create agency but they also have the inhouse technical skills as well. A combination which is very rare in our experience.
Excellent input by designers, prompt and efficient service offering a quality presentation.
Listened well to my opinions and took all my points on board.
Jargon free at all times allowing me to fully understand what I was committing to.
The result is a well structured and proffessional webb site.
I will continue to work with Artlines as my site develops.
I had a very good level of communication and relationship with Artlines and all the team there. They responded quickly and efficiently to most of the requests I made and I was fully involved with the process. They communicated with me so that I could understand and follow the whole process clearly and knew at every point what was going on. The final outcome is excellent and although it has needed a few tweaks to make the online shop work, these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only slight criticism would be that I was under the impression I would easily be able to amend all aspects of the website and this has taken a bit of time to get to an acceptable level. Overall, the service and expertise are fantastic.

Our office has a relaxed atmosphere most of the time.”

”We meet and obtain information about past present and future marketing activity as a whole. Then we look at the client's goals and work out the best and most cost effective way to achieve them. We then follow up with a proposal outlining a project overview, costs and brief plan of action. Once the order is confirmed we provide a project brief along with timescales that fit with our client's expectations. Once design concepts are approved we move to the build, then testing before going live. ongoing communication throughout and we provide good after sales support too.”

”Closely. A client is only demanding if they have been let down previously by another company or individual. Micro-managing is a consequence of a fear of delegation. Something more familiar with small firms where the owner is managing everything. We offer trustworthy support and reliability. If we say we will call at 1pm we will call at 1pm. Not 10 past or 10 to. If we say we will deliver on time and on budget we will do just that.”
