Marketing our industrial properties using the traditional methods - boards outside and advertisements - seemed to be less effective than ever over the last 24 months which led us to consider having our own website.

We approached Altitude Interactive for assistance in the production of a website that would be up-datable without the need for help from them - other than that we did not really know what we wanted. The first meeting that we had with the team proved very beneficial as they drew informations from us about what we wanted without us really actually knowing what we wanted! The questions they asked enabled them to grasp what we needed the website to do. The design we left completely up to them.

They discussed their proposal to us which included a number of options with regards to the type of website that we could have with the advantages and disadvantages of each one. We opted for the HTML Content Managed System for ease of updating and cross platform compatibility. We accepted their quotation and they set about creating our website.

Altitude Interactive met every date that they gave us, concept, working demo and go live date. We were kept fully informed along the way and really felt part of the process.

We were so pleased with the website design, simple operation and communications with the Altitude Interactive team that we have since ordered a further three websites from them. These were also done to the very same high standard and were all delivered on time and to budget.

We would certainly recommend them to any business that is looking to have a few ideas turned into a creative website using their image and web design skills.

After many years working with Consultants I must say that I have never worked with such professional and agreeable people. The service provided was well explained and delivered. I was kept informed of progress at all times. The energy and enthusiasm is evident in the way the company works and gets behind the project. The website that has been designed for me does exactly what I want it to do and also exceeds my expectations - I couldn't be happier and recommend them to everyone I know who needs help with their web business.

I am very pleased with the service that Altitude Interactive provided. They were quick, efficient and above all, patient with me when I got really stressed about the design and the launch date for my website. They are always available on the other end of the phone if I need advice.

I would highly recommend them as web designers. My website is looks crisp, clear, easy and quick to use - just what I wanted!

I asked Altitude Interactive to re-design the website of the church I lead which had become a little dated! Having previously worked in software development I knew how projects should be done and was very pleasantly surprised at how well a young company handled the whole project.

My basic premise was to create an easy to use, clear, crisp site and the best feedback I had was from an 85 year old church member who commented it was one of the easist websites to use he had ever been on - and he is web savvie!

They talked about technical things in a language and way I could understand and added to my ideas to create the website I now have. They delivered the final website on time and in budget and have since done some upgrades for me with which I have also been very pleased.

Overall I am delighted with their creation and would highly recommend them to you

Despite being busy with multiple projects when we first had our exploratory meeting, Altitude Interactive remained enthusiastic, polite and committed throughout the delivery of my website. They were approachable and knowledgeable at all times and problems were resolved swiftly and without fuss. This is a highly professional outfit with qualified and capable staff who clearly value their customers. Communication was good from inception to delivery and I was left with a sense that this little gem of a company were clearly capable of delivering much more than my modest little site. Highly recommended!

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Altitude Interactive: We put a lot of focus on having a great working environment and working together as a team. We're great friends both in and out of work!

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Altitude Interactive: We like to push ourselves in every area of our work and we like to make a website all that it can be rather than a necessity! From design to customer service we aim to make sure our clients love every aspect of the project.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Altitude Interactive: Recommendations, word of mouth.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Altitude Interactive: We listen, establish clear expectations and form a solid project plan.

Your website is your shop window, make it all that it can be!

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Altitude Interactive: It was the product of many weeks deliberation and a sledging trip on a snowy day in Yorkshire, but could also have something to do with the fact I work as a pilot too.

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Altitude Interactive: Listen to the advice of the agency you hire. If you don't feel you trust them to do the job you hired them for, don't go any further.
