Alien Web: I'm Nick, and as I'm a freelancer, I guess I am the company.

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Alien Web: Fresh, creative, professional, the best!

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Alien Web: To build websites that make a difference to the end user.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Alien Web: A tricky question I think as all environments are suited to that person, but I think mine may seem unorganised to the untrained eye, but I know where everything is!

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Alien Web: I work with myself very well I think!

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Alien Web: I find others dont tend to keep upto date with the modern web and they also think more about pleasing their client rather than keeping their clients customers happy.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Alien Web: At the moment, through word of mouth from my current clients, but I'm seeking out new ways on the internet.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Alien Web: Bit difficult to sum up as each project is always different.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Alien Web: Communication and understanding. I know thats 2 but they go hand in hand.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Alien Web: See above I think, if you have good communication and understanding, then clients will not be demanding.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Alien Web: What can they offer you to improve your customers and/or website users experience on the web.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Alien Web: On an island somewhere nice and sunny I hope! Haha, well honestly though, I dont know. I will see what happens.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Alien Web: Hopefully at the forefront of design innovation, pushing the way we live into a more enjoyable and peaceful future.

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Alien Web: Hire my services?! Actually, I think it entirely depends on the website and the user base. But think through the eyes of the user and you will get far.
