Where they felt our choices were not appropriate, they explained carefully why interms of the technical side and the 'appearance' what would be the best way forward. They also listened when we disagreed and a successful compromise was acheived between the constraints of what was faesible and our wishes and requirements. My team love the website! It is simple quick to load, has impact without being gimicky, which my client pool generally don't have time for.
Quite a complex and involved system was required while at the same time being simple to operate and interface with - we had a strong business plan and thought process to back up the idea but needed a strong design house to turn our dream into reality.
Richard and his team immediately grasped the depth of this project and have exceeded our expectations. The level of simplicity of the finished product is a credit to the expertise of the design team.
Yet again I am pleased as punch!
Agincourt were very helpful, holding our hand and guiding us through the various situations, giving good advice so that we ended up with a great looking site. The professional service we have received has made this new endeavour far easier than I could have expected.
Having worked with other web companies in the past I have experienced a range of levels of service and suffice to say we'll be coming back to Agincourt in the future.
We've relied on the Agincourt team for a number of years to manage and grow our on-line identity. They have successfully guided us through the maze of web design and web sites and provided us a superb and successful web site. Month on month our website continues to grow our business and is a hugely important part of our marketing strategy - when required Agincourt have edited, adjusted and improved the site to reflect our growing business but at the same time the simple and straightforward system allows our staff to update the site on a day to day basis.
I was delighted with the web site that was produced for us by Agincourt. We were launching a new product for the B2B market and wanted a site that was informative and visual yet as it was a new venture it had to be extremely cost effective. I could not have had better service or be more delighted with the end product - it completely does what it says on the tin.
Having previously worked with national design firms we had a complex and demanding brief prepared. Agincourt reacted in a lively and professional manner, meeting our needs promptly. From the most elementary request through to the more demanding outline we have been impressed by both their expertise and enthusiasm.
Already we are receiving positive feedback on the site and the ongoing support and training we are engaging with bodes well for the future.
Having worked with Agincourt extensively over the last five years I knew I wouldn't be disappointed and I'm pleased to say they didn't let me down. From the beginning of this project I felt like the requirement was understood at every level and the professional way the build progressed made a refreshing change.
The final web site is hugely successful and driving my business - moving forward we are looking to increase the scope of the site and increase the functionality and I have every confidence in the Agincourt Team.
We are very impreesed with our new website. This is the fourth website Ryan (agincourt web designer) has completed for us; needless to say i was extremely confident that the results would be great. Agincourt Technologies have been excellent at every stage in building our webb app. Right from the start everything was laid out in a very easy to understand manor and set out in several stages so that we could check the progress at any stage and also make any changes, if required, at the various stages of development.
We found Agincourt to be friendly and always available on the phone/email, they responded to all our questions quickly.
Agincourt had a great understanding of what we needed and what we would be able to achieve which is great as we had been working on an old access database from 1991, and had absolutely no idea what could be achieved. It is still early stages in using the webb app but already we think that we can save about 30hrs a week in admin!!

Initially we sat down with them to discuss the proposed site with not much experience of web site design, right from the off they put us at ease & explained everything in terms we could easily grasp. How do you manage demanding clients?

”We're confident we can meet most companies requirements, and we're ready to step-up to the mark should a client require more attention, however if we feel we cannot meet certain demands, we'll simply tell the client outright, we're not in the business of under-performing and not meeting needs.”
