Adda Products were fantastic web designers to work with; they were professional, quick and very patient with our questions. They understood our requirements and developed them to be both functional and visually inspiring. My business partner and myself both have very little knowledge on web design and computer knowledge but the guys were able to help us understand how to gain the most from our website, to potentially gain the most business and capture the interest of people looking for our service. Adda Products are passionate about web design and made sure the vision we had of our website became a reality and that our company image was maintained. Anyone we know who is looking for a web designer we will definately be passing on their details.
Dealing with Adda Products, I found both Adam and Darren very easy to talk to, they took on board my input and incorporated as much as they could with in the final design, they also offered up alot of advice that i had not been aware of, the overall process took about 3 meetings in total form original concept to final design and implementation, in all about a week and half, they were in constant contact via email and telephone with ideas and layout proposals and concepts for advertising my company, they also produced a few adverts for local publications on top of the web page, this is something we were not expecting, they were easy to talk to and deal with and explained what they were doing in simple terms they neer made me feel inadequate, i found the overall experience easy and the end result was exactly what i wanted and with a few surprising extra's.
From initial contact with both Adam and Darren they were both helpful and gave good sound advise, without being patronizing. They assisted me in producing a web site from my ideas and guided me throughout. They offered a very professional service with a personal touch. I would strongly recommend this company as they offered a one stop shop from initial idea to completed product. Since our website has been live I have received numerous orders, which is a direct result from internet access. From the initial launch of the site I have requested several changes which were acted upon promptly. My ideas were received with enthusiasm which formed the basis of our relationship.
