Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We aim to make sure we provide the best possible service to our customers, we make sure they understand everything we do so it fills them with confidence that they are in the right hands.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Surrounded by computer equipment and creative thinkers!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Planning, implementation and then getting the job done to the highest standard.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We have the programming ability to do many many things some web design companies could dream of.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A large proportion is word of mouth, our clients are always satisfied so pass on our details often. Other than that Google has been very kind to us.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a consultation, we want to know an overview of the business, meet the people there and get a feel for it. We then work on the specification, what the client wants and needs and then we move into the design stage. When approved we do the technical part and on approval we set the site into the wild!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, without it creating a web site would take a very long time. We are always available by phone or email and do things at the drop of a hat. Our clients seem to like the personal approach we have here.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We manage all clients with great detail to making sure they know where they stand on things like timescale, price and everything else, we wont bend the truth on projects. We generally outline every detail before the project starts to minimise any problems.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Firstly have a look at their portfolio, do you like what you see? If so then contact the company with your ideas, if they do not get back to you within a few hours on a working business day then try someone else, communication is key, you want to be able to get answers and information quickly.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Expanding and growing is the cliche, but hopefully from a design point of view moving onto bigger national and global products where good design can make a difference on a larger scale.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see it moving onto mobile to a greater degree, the amount of people accessing the web on their mobiles is getting larger and larger. Who knows how tablet devices will change things, its all very exciting.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We are a new division of A.D.Developments software developers, so it was sensible to carry on the brand of ADD. Hence ADD Creative.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Do not just rely on being 'number 1 in google' you need to cross promote your web site, get friends to visit, write press releases, put your address anywhere you can. Google is great but word of mouth can be just as good.
