I can't imagine how we would have made it through our redesign with out the constant help of webdezign. With an e-commerce site with over 600 products, Mike was remarkable in helping us understand the features of the shopping cart and how best to utilise all the available capabilities.

I was extremely impressed with Mike Yan and his company for their knowledge and understanding in creating a good looking and versatile website for my client Charmrace Garage. As an independent advertising consultant, it was essential for me to present the right organisation to do the job. They guided us (client and myself) through the outline of the site, presented a concept visual of the design and architecture of how the site would work. And most importantly of all supplied a written brief outlining the costs involved right from the start. They did not deviate from this and actually added a number of sequences that really were beneficial to the reader.
It was a daunting task finding a web design company that we could discuss our project with and for them to explain in plain English the process of going about what seemed to be a mammoth task for us. It was soon apparent that the guys at Active Webdezign where very knowledgeable and friendly going above and beyond our initial requirements offering us new ideas and additional functionality that we would never had thought of ourselves. In fact they spent so much time planning and preparing us to understand how our business operated and how it could be best improved, that it felt that we had just found a new business partner who’s interest for us to succeed was as great as ours.
They went on to produce and help us setup the Curtain Factories website in the way that we could operate it easily and within my budget expectations. With full training of the admin area we where left feeling in full control, not having to rely on them updating our site when we needed it to be done. The addition of the full blown shopping cart developed as a second phase has also helped us reap the benefit from selling our products online. After the project had ended we still felt welcomed by all the guys at Active Webdezign and calling them from time to time when we got stuck was no bother to them at all and they remain friendly and helpful to this day.

I approached the guys at Active about a year ago with the job of renewing our existing site, I turned up at their office with a list full of spec and a lot of hand drawn pics ! ( I refuse to use a company that wont meet face to face ) After initially showing me previous sites they have completed they talked me through the whole process... ( in a language I would understand, not computer jargon ! ) I left the office an hour later knowing they would be able to help and most importantly assuring me that once the site was completed they would offer me they aftercare & support long term that I most required.

Far too often clients have come to us after experiencing a failed project which never got completed on time if at all! Or was no where near to their expectations. ”

”Listen to your web designers, they normally knows what they are talking about. Customers who think they know everything and want to dictate everything usually end up with an inferior product. You don't tell a the gas man how to do his job do you?”
