Our needs were relatively simple as a small charity - and indeed Ashley gave us a good reduced price because of it.
The design was good and attractive, and Ashley was helpul and patient as we populated the pages with text and photographs. The hard part was educating me as the principal user to amend and update the content. Ashley sent me half a dozen short videos as a tutorial, and I found these hard to use, especially as they loaded so slowly over my rural broadband link. Ashley is still doing his best to educate me - a slow process - but the background software is not at all intuitive for me to use.
Overall, a good service!

Being almost compleately 'web' illeterate and after trying a couple of different design companies, I was instantly taken by the guys at acknowledged. They spoke to me in terms i could understand and fully explained the process all the way through the building of my companies site.

Along with the help of SEAL we have been very impressed at every stage of the sites development. Friendly, professional and extremely patient as we changed our minds several times.
