Being almost compleately 'web' illeterate and after trying a couple of different design companies, I was instantly taken by the guys at acknowledged. They spoke to me in terms i could understand and fully explained the process all the way through the building of my companies site.
They took my ideas and implemented them in a way far beyond my expectations and were constanly in contact throughout the process. Any changes i have requested vis a vis price changes, new pictures ect. have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Without their dilligent and continued support, my company would not be in the healthy position it is now.
My website designer was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered very quickly and he made everything easy to understand. I was extremely happy with the final outcome. He has also been very helpful with any queries I had after the website was completed and offered to make minor changes approx once a month for a small monthly fee which suited me perfectly. I am very grateful for all his help and hard work.
Dealing with Acknowledge Web Designs made a normally stressfull process very easy, they were very open to all our ideas and delivered exactly what we wanted. Being and entertainment company we needed to be able to manage and update our website which they were able to help by installing a management system, there were lots of flash pictures and images as well as audio.
