Absolute were approached to look after the re-branding of my business. This included change of name, developing web site with on line shop, all stationary and advertsing, no small task!
Absolute gave alot of time, energy and enthusiam to this task and delivered a result that exceeded my expectation.
I was kept involved with all of their thoughts and ideas along with mine being listed to, which led to an excellent working relationship.

Absolute were always willing to listen to our ideas and develop them. If we wanted something changing or re-styling it was never an issue unlike some other agencys we've used.

My web designer was flexible about diary slots, and could usually find time to meet me, even at short notice. They were helpful and had extra advice that I did not expect, as part of the overall package - so better value for money than I'd initially thought it would be. They honoured their original quote for me - as prices had increased a little since then - which I really appreciated.

They were empathetic to my needs, as a start-up business - but also as a person 'with a life'. Friendly, helpful and laid back at the same time.

After our initial meeting I went away with some actions and a clear layout plan, and lots of ideas about possible URLs. I then left it hanging and took my time to get back in touch.

After much patience on Absolute's part, I got a gentle email reminder that asked me when they might expect to receive my words and images.

Thus, my enthusiasm re-kindled they encouraged and guided me towards getting my site finished - smoothly, and way faster than I'd imagined possible.
