They spoke to us largely jargon free and always explained terms and processes coherently. We were very much part of the web development process and they accommodated our requests as much as possible; if anything wasn't appropriate or viable they would advise us straight away and recommend alternatives. We were frequently provided with web visuals for approval.
You couldn't ask for a better service from Dan & Chris @Absolute they listened to every aspect of what i needed for them to create me a very good website. I deal with alot of local and national businesses on a daily basis and i always get a comment about how good my website is! and agian i would like to thank Dan & Chris for all they're hard work.
The Website Designer showed us previous work and working with what we wanted from the web page designed a site above and beyond our expectations.
Each stage of the web page development was shown to us and changes were made if necessary ( in our case only one). The web page information was explained thoroughly and no jargon was used.

From the first proof to the finished website i was 100% happy with the service they provided. Even though they designed the initial layout for the website, i was still involved with the build and i was still able to input my own ideas.
Through every process of the website build they emailed me proofs, i was able to check and change anything i needed to with no problems at all. They speak in language you understand and offer a very professional and friendly service.
They also designed a flash movie to the website. This was exactly what we wanted and it could not have fitted in with the business any better.

My web designer was flexible about diary slots, and could usually find time to meet me, even at short notice. They were helpful and had extra advice that I did not expect, as part of the overall package - so better value for money than I'd initially thought it would be. They honoured their original quote for me - as prices had increased a little since then - which I really appreciated.
They were empathetic to my needs, as a start-up business - but also as a person 'with a life'. Friendly, helpful and laid back at the same time.
After our initial meeting I went away with some actions and a clear layout plan, and lots of ideas about possible URLs. I then left it hanging and took my time to get back in touch.
After much patience on Absolute's part, I got a gentle email reminder that asked me when they might expect to receive my words and images.
