Absolute Creative have been fantastic throughout the whole web creation process. We have consistently had a good relationship with Absolute Creative and they have always been easily contactable when we have needed advice or assistance. Ultimately the communication throughout the project has been excellent and our requests were always taken into consideration. Absolute Creative spoke to us in clear, understandable, jargon free language too as we are not very experienced in website creation. Throughout every step of the development we were always kept up to date with how things were progressing not leaving us in the dark. We are extremely happy with the final outcome of our website and so are our customers, meaning Absolute Creative have done a first-rate job. The after care has also been outstanding, whenever we have needed help, Absolute Creative have always been approachable and willing to help. Overall we are very happy with how things have progressed.

Very pleased with service from start to finish. Fast responses to all of my requests and enquiries - nothing was ever too much for them to do. Always listened well whilst offering valuable advice throughout, which was very much apreciated.
They spoke to me in a language I could understand and fully explained to me why and what they were doing.
I also had many changes once the site was nearly complete; they were very happy to make with no problems or negativity whatsoever.
With there company being based on both design and marketing they were able to not only make the website look good, but to also make my company benefit fully from it. We are now noticed online thanks to there accurate marketing techniques.
Very pleased with the the finish and look forward to receiving more business as a result!
Dan and Chris were excellent and I will continue to use and recomend them as much as possible (although not to our competition!).
Highly recomended.

I would highly recommend Absolute Creative Marketing and am extremely pleased with our new website.
They were easy to communicate with and always on hand on the telephone or via email with any web developments and queries. They spoke to us largely jargon free and always explained terms and processes coherently. We were very much part of the web development process and they accommodated our requests as much as possible; if anything wasn't appropriate or viable they would advise us straight away and recommend alternatives. We were frequently provided with web visuals for approval.

From the first proof to the finished website i was 100% happy with the service they provided. Even though they designed the initial layout for the website, i was still involved with the build and i was still able to input my own ideas.
Through every process of the website build they emailed me proofs, i was able to check and change anything i needed to with no problems at all. They speak in language you understand and offer a very professional and friendly service.
They also designed a flash movie to the website. This was exactly what we wanted and it could not have fitted in with the business any better.
Overall a very, friendly and professional service. I would recommend to anyone. Check out the website, that says it all!!!

Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: Jake Salter - Marketing Assistant
Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Friendly people with fresh ideas.
Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To make a real and tangible difference to our clients. We're driven by a passion for offering the very best, no matter what size business you are or sector you operate in.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It's a ground floor office located right next to Gloucester Cathedral. We even have windows!
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have a healthy balance of work and interaction. We're situated closely to one another, so it's easy to bounce ideas around the office.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We stay up-to-date with the latest coding and design trends. This means that, as well as implementing the customer's ideas, we can also make suggestions of how to further optimise the website.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth is the primary source of our business. There are many who find us through search engines and enjoy the structure and design of our own website.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We speak with the client - either over the phone or in our meeting room - to discuss their vision of how they want the website to look. We then get to work - preparing a visual for the customer and taking on board feedback.
We train the customer to use the website, and leave them with a simple content management system which allows them to regularly update the content.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty. Our customers respect our opinions on how we can improve their website, as we want them to be able to get the most out of it. A website is one of the most important elements of creating your online business presence, so we don't stay silent.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We don't like to characterise clients as 'demanding'. We can gauge from the beginning how much of our time each project will require and we fit it in accordingly.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I'd suggest looking at over several web design company portfolios, and decide on which is more suited to designing one for your business. It's important that you are left with a content management system which allows you to make small amends to the website, without having to call up the designers every time.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I see us offering a wider range of services, with a larger workforce and having expanded our reach to the furthest corners of the UK.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It's hard to speculate as the digital world is constantly evolving - often beyond what we have previously imagined. I do, however, foresee more companies beginning to embrace mobile and tablet optimised web design, and apps.
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted a brand that encompassed the wide range of integrated services we provide as a single point solution.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Closely monitor and keep trying to improve your website - don't neglect it from the moment it goes live.
