we have used 9th wave to design our website and when we wanted to change the way it looked we did not hesitate to contact them again. They use a consultative approach to listen to what we wanted and ensure our site looked just how we wanted it to and came in on budget.
The staff are very approachable and gave good advice and kept us informed at every stage.
They have suggested lots of ways we could keep our costs down whilst maintaining a professional looking site that is targetted to our potential clients, giving us the ability to change and update it ourselves.
I would not hesitate in recommending 9thwave and will continue to use their services. Indeed, they are currently designing a new website for my second business which i look forward to going live very soon.
