Ongoing Support

Make sure your chosen web company is easy to get in touch with, if something goes wrong, can they fix it, can you speak directly to them?

Some web companies can often seem attractive at first glance, offering you everything for a low price, but will you get ongoing support after they have built your website.

Some companies are basically a production line for websites, get them in get them out, they are only interested in your money and how quick they can get the job done.

If something goes wrong with your website or you need to make a change, how easy is it for you to speak to your web company?, are they interested?, they should be.

Always be sure before chosing a web company that they are willing to help you when you have problems and questions, if they dont seem interested, this could be a problem in the long run and cause potential problems.
