Google Caffeine is a new search algorithm due to be launched in the early part of the new year 2010. Basically Google Caffeine is an update to the existing Google search algorithm designed to increase the relevance and speed in which search results are generated by Google.

So what will this mean to website rankings on Google? Google hasn't released final details but from industry sources suggest new variables will become increasingly important. In short these are

Website Speed - Check the load time of your site.
Broken Links - Check your site for broken links
Linking Structure - Quality of inbound links
Website Quality - Professional design and navigation.
