WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Viscus Infotech: ”We have stout systems in place and work using a centralized, home grown Intranet system. This system helps us in knowledge management, voicing concerns, project management and in seeing the task status. We also have Intranet groups and a strong email communication system where each project manager, design head, development head and the busniess managers can co-ordinate with their teams. ”

Viscus Infotech: ”Some of the point that set us apart are the passion that makes us going. We play the devil's advocate to judge a project's requirements in and out and try to think in unequivocal terms. We have a vast experience spanning more than 10 years and have handled assignments which differ widely in technological aspects, project scopes and client types. This has led us in acquiring a lot of understanding of the internal working and insights into various industries. ”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Viscus Infotech: ”We have a dedicated project manager who looks after the requirements of the clients. We also ensure that all the work done, billable hours are properly documented and are placed in the BaseCamp project management tool which is shared with the clients. ”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Viscus Infotech: ”These questions go a long way in answering the question: Do they have a portfolio to show to you? Can they cater to any type of business?
