The site was developed in ASP platform and makes use of MSSQL. I am based in the USA and tried several programmers here in the US but was only left with unsatisfactory work and a large bill. Synapse started from scratch, build our site and now maintains it. Frankly, I would not trust our site to anyone else as the people that use our site for data services are very large corporations (some in the Fortune 10 group) and we never encountered an issue once we hired SynapseIndia with their team of qualified professionals. Recently, a company in the United States utilized the services of SYNAPSE INDIA web development. After Synapse was paid over $11,000(US), they delivered us a website with no functionalty as promised, broken links, buttons that go no-where, empty pages.
Their team was, at first, really nice to work with...then, I think they got in over their heads trying to integrate some content from Amazon. Instead of communicating it, or letting us know they did not have the technical expertise to do this kind of work, they just polished some buttons, with no functionality, and took our money. Now I know why they harassed us so much into making a final payment before delivery - my bad in trusting them.
We are taking legal action to try to address the issues. In order to facilitate the legal aspects, we are wanting to create a working group to address any and all complaints with Synapse India, Synapse Communications, Shamit Khemka, Synapse interactive or any of their other organizations. Synapse India has not handled this well. We have made every attempt to resolve this with Synapse - their last communication with us was to "pursue this on alternate forums", so thank you Hridesh for a great suggestion!
