A: Our business philosophy is simple, straightforward and proven – clear objectives, absolute transparency and determination to achieve results. While trying to keep our clients happy, we also do our best to keep our employees happy. This philosophy works great for us, as most of our work is repeat business. In short, we take care of our customers and let them take care of our business.

A: National IT Solutions has a highly secure, robust and well-architectured infrastructure. The office environment is young, energetic and team focused. We really enjoy what we do and it shows in the office atmosphere and our work. We currently have 5+ employees

A: We use some internet tools co-ordinate our tasks and our work flow. Few of them are Skype – For informal communication and chats. Emails – For formal communications. Zoho Projects – For managing tasks and timelines

A: We have got different sources. As I have earlier said, most of them are repeat businesses and we also get some good referrals from our loyal clients. Our website provides leads as search engines help new clients to find us
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We get the scope document through our initial communications with the client and provide them a quote for the project. We communicate with them daily and send daily report at the end of the day. Therefore, we keep them fully aware of the work progress through these updates. We work closely with them throughout the entire process to ensure they are happy.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication helps us understand the needs of our clients and enhances our relationship. We listen carefully to their needs and clarify all their doubts. This helps us reach our best constantly.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: if you are good at work, you would love demanding clients - we see it in this way. They expect to see us at our best always. However we strive to deliver excellent service even to those not so demanding clients.

A: The web is evolving constantly and trends are changing rapidly. The number of people accessing internet through their mobile devices is on the rise. Therefore, the developers will need to build sites that are accessible and compatible across many platforms.
