A: We help people succeed online.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We do not believe in the traditional business-client relationship, but tend to think of our relationships more like partnerships. As with any partnership, both parties have a vested interest and risk in the relationship: from the client’s perspective it is to ensure that the company has effective marketing channel; from our perspective it is to ensure that we have a long-term relationship with the client.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We're a bit different than your average startup. We're a small team that loves what we do. We only hire others who love what they do, too.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The principle of working together with your team should underpin how you operate. Managing people doesn't just mean acting as overseer, to see that they get their work done satisfactorily. It means involving people throughout the team in a creative role, to ensure that together you are all able to succeed.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: At Crazy Panda. we focus on helping small businesses start and market their businesses on the Web, enabling them to realize their dreams of self-reliance, entrepreneurship, creativity, and financial independence.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Search Engines, Online Advertising & Marketing, Affiliates.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Full project management is a complete process including all aspects of well construction planning, procurement and contracting of all services, HSEQ and emergency preparedness, operations set-up, well construction and close-out.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good Client Relationships are sort after by all serious business organisations, who know that it is fundamental to their overall business success. And the most Important Element of a good Customer Relationship is Trust. But Trust has to be built on strong foundations that will last and can weather the harshest conditions in the intensity of business and Trust has to be earned.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Even though we usually want to say ‘yes’ to every customer, it’s not always possible. Some, we can never make happy. And others, we’ll never be able to pull together the amount of time and resources necessary to do the work for them – at least not in the near future. Their demands are just too great. The key is to understand your limitations and work with them while staying within the goals you have for our own organization. Win with the right customers and in the end, you’ll be more productive and profitable for it.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Complete work estimation needs to be done before going ahead with the conceptualization and formation of the website. Whatever prices are being quoted should be understood by both parties before signing any sort of agreement. With innumerable web designers out there, clients can pick and choose at the drop of a hat. A: In ten years, we endeavor to have refined our strategic and client relations skills. We intend to be a leading expert in Web Designing.
