Don't be fooled by their portfolio. Stay away from Conguent.
I have found Congruent Solution on one of the freelance websites as I needed an developer for a admin project. Congruents portfolio page looked nice and I decided to give them a shot as my last developer was not available for this project. This was the worst mistake of my life. It has cost me nearly $3000 but worse hundreds of hours of project reviews and debugging on my part. If you live in the states don't bother giving them your time. They will never be available during local business hours. You will be talking to them at all hours of the night and nothing will every be done. Also they do not speak English well and they blame you for any misunderstanding. It was the worst business deal I have ever made. Eventually I have hire another developer to finish the job. Something Conguent could not finish in three months, new developer finished in 2 weeks without any problems and with 2 hours of time spent on testing at the end. Stay away.
