On 4th September 2009, I have been contacting your company, BNB Infotech, regarding design and programming a new website for my Photography business.
We found a mutual understanding to start working on the project with no delay and
According to my records, you obligated yourself to finish the project within 25 days.

To begin with, we have agreed on the payment amount of 400$ for your company to produce my website.
On September 14th I transferred 100$ (Transaction ID #07W999270C566763C), a 25 % of starting project payment, through Pay-Pal account, as your company requested policy.

After targeting aims, you began working on the website.
However, during the process signs of negligence were beginning to shown as for your service; Starting with communication problems with you towards me as your client and continuing with endless long period of silence from your behalf regardless endless mails, which have been sent to you.

In times when I finally managed to form a contact with you, concerned to know where my order is standing, you were always too busy of not giving a decent answer. Instead, you prolong the 25 days deadline by finding endless reasons and excuses for not sharing with me information regarding the progress of the project regardless my plea to end it already.

On October 5th, for the first time, you sent me link to the new web system that I ordered.
Nevertheless, I have been pointing to you many technical errors within the registration system and also unfinished design issues.
According to my records, in your own words, you said: "I will fix it as soon as possible, don't you worry". When I asked when it will be ready, your answer was: "in no time".
On the same day, you have requested farther payment for the reason you have finished 95% of the job and because you are short in money.

On November 10th 2009, I made a transaction (Transaction ID #77W405800F848840U) for the amount of 300$, in order to boost you to finish the work on the website, even though aware the deadline is over by now.
Needless to say that it was a big mistake on my behalf; because from that day on you have been systematically delayed the project.

Two days after rest of payment was transferred, I contacted you again and asked if there is any progress?!
You answered back after a week, apologizing for having a holiday period in India. Moreover, there were issues that I asked you to correct; basic issues, which were formerly discussed and were made sure by you, they will be done. Instead, you retreated from all the issues you have assured me to be corrected.

You extremely and brutally ignored my ongoing mails and calls on skype. When you did answer, you complained that I bother you and that you will send me.

Finally, I came to the conclusion that you did not have the intention to deliver the product in the first place, a conformation that I get on daily basis due to the fact that yet till this day (January 2010), regardless my ongoing requests to upload the unfinished project so I could go on and work on it with a decent designer, you have not uploaded all the files and programming on to my FTP server nor sending it the files by mail as my request.
Moreover, you continuing in playing ridicules games by saying you will "upload the materials today" and off course you do not implement it.

Your company mislead is causing daily a tremendous damage to my business work flow whether in time and financial loss.
You have caused much of anguish by refusing to cooperate to my simple request of receiving all the files to my ownership or to transfer to my pay pal account an amount of 400$, equal to the fee you have charged me for producing the project.

I have no choice but to report on a fraud and a theft act to the relevant authorities.
