Spiralli Business Solutions: ”We are a web and print service provider focused on SME businesses. We analyse the client's requirements and budget, and come up with a set of suitable recommendations. We don't over-promise or under-deliver and will refer clients onto suitable specialists where circumstances dictate.”

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Spiralli Business Solutions: ”We operate from a small office in Mallow and also from a home office.”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Spiralli Business Solutions: ”Our core team consists of a designer and a developer, as we feel that generally one person cannot excel at both disciplines. The interaction between designer and developer is very well defined at this stage and we work very efficiently together. We also bring in trusted specialists when required. We choose from a small team all of whom have an extablished track record with us.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?

Spiralli Business Solutions: ”We like to work in close consultation with the client and formulate a timeline that is mutually acceptable. Unlike other companies, we do not believe that the relationship ends after the handover.”

The customer/ web company relationship will become more important and permanent as the web company helps the customer to adapt.”
