”Listen and take in the information given but also be prepared to offer our own two cents worth of advice that the client might otherwise has overlooked.”

If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?

”Look at previous/current websites online on one computer, then on a separate one (so as to avoid browser cookie preferences) do a search for them based on keywords and services rather than a direct nae and see how they fare.”

Where do you see the web design industry in the future?

”More dynamic than ever. It will replace the need for phonebooks and directory enquiries as most people will be 3G/4G+ mobile via cellphone and notebook/laptops and be able to get the information via broadband services almost for free.”

”Be open to criticism should it arrive. Not every website is 100% dependable or correct, but you can achieve a high mark of success if you get a broader perspective from someone who has been there longer.”
