It's extremely rare to find a Developer who posesses two key strategic capabilities... Technology Expertise, and Marketing Saviness. He posesses and leverages both core competencies. Very rare. Working with Ross is a true collaboration. While I'm in the US, and Ross is in Canada, he might as well be right next door. His communication style, availability, and responsiveness, is truely outstanding. Idea generation, discussion, and implementation is seamless. I discovered Ross, as a result of being on a webinar with Mike Capuzzi, developer of CopyDoodles. Mike Capuzzi is a Platinum member with Glazer-Kennedy (the infamous Dan Kennedy and Bill Glazer... Marketing Masters). I STRONGLY recommend Ross. I will only do business with people I like, trust, know, and who demonstrate their expertise, and value proposition. I looked at many options. I did extensive research, and I am absolutely delighted with my decision, having selected Ross, to develop multiple websites, on my behalf.
Exceptional communication skills were exhibited throughout the entire build process. Ross was bale to achieve a website that met all of our criteria and much more. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with a company that

We had no web presence at all when we started and no idea what we should do. Ross came in and talked with us in plain language and put together a plan that fit our budget. We he put together a website, started adding our garage to consumer review sites, put us on youtube and a pile of other locations. We just launched the site in July, but I'm already seeing more business due to our new web presence. Thanks Ross, you did great!
I had no idea how I was going to solve my Internet needs, when a client of mine recommended Ross. He sat down with me one afternoon and I talked to him about the various companies I manage and how we needed to find a way to bring them all together. Two weeks later we had our sites up and running and and a portal linking them all was in place. I enjoyed working with Ross so much I've aligned my companies with him and now he is the only person I call when I need web design or any other creative work accomplished.
We've tried other web guys, but Ross is the best. He took our old site that was full of problems and difficult to maintain and turned it into something we like to show off! He was patient with all our questions and turned the job around in just a few days. It was amazing. He met with us one day and listened to us trying to describe what we were looking for, and four days later we had a new site, a Google Adwords account, and E-Bay account, a Paypal Account, and ads on Kijiji. Almost overnight we started receiving call from customers interested in out wood processor! If you need a site to help you sell stuff, Ross is the guy for you!
Ross was great! He designed our site 5 years ago and we've invited him back again to redesign it to meet our new needs. He came in and showed us how to use the CMS Joomla and it looks really slick! We're hoping it's finished by mid april. Ross is great to work with and always goes out of his way to make us happy. Call him if you want a website that works and is easy to work with.
Ross was great to work with. He put together a site that was easy for us to edit, and for our site visitors to navigate through. He met with us a few times as the site has been developed, and while building the site it was online for us to watch it's growth. We were able to call Ross and talk about the site, and we made comments and requests and he dealt with everyone. Sometimes he recommended we shouldn't do some things but he always had suggested options that he explained in plain language. The site turned out great. I highly recommend developing your site with Ross Bartlett. You can tell he really wants you to be happy. He really goes out of his way to make sure everything is complete to your satisfaction. Highly recommended.
