”Cost effective, eye catching, quality”
WWDC:
What's your business philosophy?

”low cost and high quality, good websites for every client that generate business.”
WWDC:
Describe your office environment.
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”fast paced but relaxed. We only take on as many projects as we can handle so each client gets the service they need and deserve.”
WWDC:
Describe how your team interact and work together.
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”all projects are a team effort. multiple eyes look at everything so we can make it as good as possible on any budget.”
WWDC:
What makes you different from other web design companies?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”Our owners have a background in efficiency so we know how to keep our costs low. We will only take on projects that we can handle. We bill by the hour on all projects and track by 15 minute increments.”
WWDC:
How do you get the majority of your business?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”word of mouth (80%) and the rest from our website.”
WWDC:
Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”We have an initial meeting with the potential client and go over what purpose their website will serve..(sales, information, promotions..ect) After the initial meeting we generate a quote based on their needs and send it over with links to other client sites to start generating ideas and ask them to send us back links to any sites they have seen and like. Once they say yes we move to start designing the site. We generate several basic layouts and it now becomes a back and forth until we reach a great design that suits the client. After the client signs off on the design we begin to code and work on SEO. Once coding is done we have a final look over the site with the client and have them sign off then the site goes live.”
WWDC:
What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”open communication. Most clients don't know what they want so it is our job to show them options and let them know what is possible and what is unobtainable within their budget.”
WWDC:
How do you manage demanding clients?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”So long as you have a good plan in place before you start a project and factor in 10% extra time into the quote for changes and revisions no issue will arise. For the 1 in 1000 client that can't seem to say yes and always wants things changed over and over again you need to explain to them that a certain amount of time has been budgeted for each step and without working together the final price will go up. ”
WWDC:
If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”check references and look at prior work. Lots of companies will have screen shots (images) of prior work but they do not link to the live site. You need to see prior sites in working order, a design might be great but it does not function well it will not serve its purpose.”
WWDC:
Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”still a small company with a few employees. We want each site to work correctly and each client to be happy. If our company gets too large your websites become production lined and quality goes down.”
WWDC:
Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”larger and larger. More people at home will become educated in how to design and code their own sites and everyone will have personal and business sites.”
WWDC:
What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”PC”
WWDC:
How was your company name chosen?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”For GUERILLA warfare and we just wanted GRAFFIX to be a little different from everyone else.
We keep our costs low and use tactics that are not mainstream to get the job done.”
WWDC:
If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
whatisguerillagraffix.com:
”Market the website and it will promote your company.
Use your website on all other forms of media, invoices, receipts, business cards, letterhead, tv ads, radio spots...ect”
