The Website Experts: ”My focus is on building long standing relationships with clients, working with the current processes of client's business' and bringing them online and I make that a reality!”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
The Website Experts: ”Word of Mouth, referrals, email and online marketing and lead generation through our website”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
The Website Experts: ”We manage our website and ecommerce projects by taking the following steps... 1. Meeting and collecting requirements 2. Generating a statement of work and a quote 3. Receiving sign-off from the client as to the deliverables 4. Negotiating payment terms with the client 5. Completing a first draft of the web project for the client to review 6. Making revisions based on feedback from the client 7. Completing a 2nd draft of the web project and presenting it to the client 8. Making revisions based on the feedback from the client from the second draft 9. Completing the final copy of the web project, getting sign-off from the client and closing out the project and collecting any money still outstanding on the project. 10. The project then moves into support and maintenance”

The Website Experts: ”Communication is the most crucial element in fostering strong client relationships. That and working with the business to understand their individual needs before developing and designing a solution for their business needs.”

The Website Experts: ”We choose to work with the best clients that demand our time and expertise. ”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
The Website Experts: ”We would ask them to look at their budget, any time constraints that they have and the quality they expect and only consider candidates that fall within the budget, time and quality. In the end, for business it comes down to cost and the ability to deliver a quality site in the time quoted to the client.”
