Reviews
As a Not-For-Profit/Non-Profit Organization that was just starting its second year of operations, getting a professional website built seemed to be a goal that we would not be able to achieve with our limited resources. However, Nathan and the rest of staff at The Web Architect would not let that stop us. Not only did they design a fresh, attractive, and functional website for our organization, but they also did so at an affordable rate.
From the initial consultation through to the final design phase, they were there ever step of the way and ensured that we were part of the decision making process. The staff members were all very friendly and professional when dealing with us.
The graphic designers were able to find images and came up with different concepts that were both modern and that complemented our current branding.
The project managers kept us informed about the status of our website, communicated with the web designers and graphic designers on our behalf, and made sure we would meet our important deadlines.
The web designers listened to our requests explained how reasonable, feasible, and compatible they were for our website and the internet, and provided alternative suggestions and methods if and when necessary; explained things in laymen terms so they were easy to understand, and provided training so we could make changes to the website ourselves.
They all wanted to make sure that the final product would be exactly what we wanted and that it would continue to be a website that we were proud to have. However, that did not end when they finished building the website. When we started making changes ourselves, we ended up making mistakes that we did not know how to fix. However, all it took was a quick phone call or e-mail to the web designers and they took care of it for us and explained what we had done incorrectly so we would not have to worry about it happening again in the future. They were great.
We have and continue to maintain a very positive relationship with the staff at The Web Architect. In addition to the website design, graphic design, and web hosting services they continue to provide to us, they have also attended and participated in some of our events, and donated items to our fundraising events.
We continue to receive many compliments on our website and have no hesitation in recommending The Web Architect to anyone that we know.
Thank you to everyone at The Web Architect for all your hard work and continued support. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
Have a nice day.
Yours Sincerely,
Gerald Cunningham

Lefebvre Insulation was very please and extremely satisfied with the Web Architect's work. The direction was clear and they responded to our needs immediately. Our company was happy with the final outcome and as a result we will be using them on a regualr basis as well as referring them to others. Thank-you for all your help!
Whenever I deal with the Web Architect I am always very pleased with the final outcome. They are very thorough in their preparation to do exactly what it is that we request.
However, one major complaint is their response time. To begin with, building our website took about three times longer than originally estimated. Now, whenever I have questions or need something changed on our website it might take two weeks just to get an email response or call back to my original inquiry.
The Web Architect comments:
Our goal is always to give our customers the best service as we can as quickly as we can, thanks to your feedback we will focus in on our response times and improve them. Thank you for your excellent feedback!
Company very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Helpful in guiding what would work best.
Patience is a virtue demonstrated for the barrage of questions asked.
This is all I have to say at this time. Pressed for time.
?Kindly accept this review as our way of expressing our heartfelt gratitude for all
that Web Architect has done for the REAL LIFE Film Festival du cin
The Web Architect comments:
Thank you very much; we look forward to continuing to help your organization!
The team at the Web Architect are very professional. I am extremely happy with the design and upkeep of our website. They take the time to address our specific needs. This is our third year with this firm and I highly recommend them. Keep up the excellent work! from your friends at Attuliit.com
The Web Architect produced an incredible website for our school's 50th reunion. In addition to building numerous pages exactly in accordance with our needs and specifications, the Web Architect also embedded features that would allow us to make structural changes to the code without risking compromising the style of the pages.
I was quite impressed with the graphics that the Web Architect came up with for the site. We were not in a position to provide the company with web-ready images but the design team created beautiful graphics for our site.
The entire site was 100% reliable and it performed beyond our expectations. Nathan and his team responded well to our arising needs as we progressed through the process of registering guests. Throughout the process, we were able to request changes and new pages in order to accommodate new, unforeseen issues; the Web Architect team responded with patience and understanding and fulfilled all of our requests in a very timely manner.
We received many compliments from the reunion guests. I am happy to recommend the Web Architect to anyone who is interested in creating a beautifully designed site.
Right from the start, The Web Architect was both professional and very easy to work with. They delivered a website within the specified time that was attractive and functional.
I feel confident that this site will help to grow our business well into the future. I have no hesitation in recommending the team from The Web Architect to design your new website
