We were very unhappy with the quality of our website. After signing a contract with Skyware Studios and providing them with the initial payment, the website did not "wow" us at all. Not only was it full of spelling errors but the information that we provided was not put into the appropriate places. When this was addressed with them, they demanded the rest of the payment prior to fixing the site and told us that to fix anything we would be charged an hourly rate. They also kept the domain in their name so we are not allowed to use it.
Skyware Studios did not care about our business and what we wanted for the site and were very difficult to communicate with once they received their money. The site is still not up and running and never will be. It was expensive and not worht a cent of what we paid.
They on several occasions put the site up live prior to informaing us and even before we had an opportunity to see it for the first time. Once they were told that much of the information was incorrect, it took several weeks for them to look at it and when changes were made, it was still wrong.
