Jay is a wood carver and he needed a site to display his work. It was very important to not only show the complete artwork but also the intricate details of the carvers ability. We created a site that allows Jay to upload fairly large images, once uploaded, the application creates close up tiles.

The website designer was very open to working together to develop and share ideas. Communication was very good. He was, and continues to be understanding of our needs, and always provides ideas and advice around how we can do what we want in better and more efficient ways.Technical issues are always explained in simple terms, with lots of assistance in understanding processes and solutions. We have always found the designer to be ready and available, within reason, to handle emergencies or spur-of-the-moment changes. Even when the issue may be beyond his current knowledge or experience, he is quick to discover ways of making it work.
We have been so pleased with this partnership, in fact, that we are into our second year with the same designer, and intend to continue this partnership as we work on updates and enhancements to our website.
I found Jeff very easy to work with. He listened to my wants and needs and my website looks how I wanted it to look. I did not feel pressured to have features I did not want. I hate things that move on websites and wanted my website to be something that ultimately I would like. He has fixed any problems quickly and efficiently. I would recommend site-byte to anyone. Jeff is easy to understand and also to contact. He always returns call promptly.
