WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Crazy Chameleon: At the beach...oh wait, we are already at the beach. Seriously, we have grown with this industry, I expect we will continue to grow. We have been around for 10 years already, I expect we will still be doing it in 10 more.

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Crazy Chameleon: Out of spite...no really, Our boss took the True Colors Test and found out she was all 4 colors...and she also found out she was slightly crazy...so A Crazy Chameleon was born.

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Crazy Chameleon: Everybody needs a website...everybody.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Crazy Chameleon: We believe in the power of laughter and a good Chardonnay. Flip Flops are optional.

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Crazy Chameleon: We genuinely care about our clients. We believe education is important and we make sure each client understands what we do and why.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Crazy Chameleon: Referral...If you know anyone looking for a website...give them our name.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Crazy Chameleon: Consultation, education, design phase 1, installation and integration, education, design phase 2 (Tweaking), education, site goes live.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Crazy Chameleon: Listening, education, listening, education, listening...can we say it any more.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Crazy Chameleon: All clients should be demanding, we are talking about their money here. If you are talking PITA clients...well we just don't hire them.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Crazy Chameleon: Research, talk to past clients. Don't just email the developer, talk to them. That face to face, or phone call may be the difference between a good experience and a bad one.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Crazy Chameleon: At the beach...oh wait, we are already at the beach. Seriously, we have grown with this industry, I expect we will continue to grow. We have been around for 10 years already, I expect we will still be doing it in 10 more.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Crazy Chameleon: The sky is the limit. This industry is less then 20 years old and look what we have done so far.

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Crazy Chameleon: PC

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Crazy Chameleon: Get into social media...it is the best tool out there. And trust your designer, if you have done your homework it will be one of the best business relationships you will have.
