WWDC: What's your name and position in the company?
Plan Be Creative: Michael Wild, Creative Director

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Plan Be Creative: Fresh, design and usability focused

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Plan Be Creative: Create great looking, easy to use web apps with a reasonable budget.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Plan Be Creative: We take are jobs seriously, but have fun doing it.

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Plan Be Creative: Everything is open for discussion. There are no bad ideas, all ideas lead to great solutions

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Plan Be Creative: Michael Wild, our Founder and Creative Director has an amazing eye for design, however, all designs are based on his extensive background in marketing. Everything we produce from web apps to print material is useable, effective and gets our client's message to the target audience.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Plan Be Creative: Word of mouth, client referrals.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Plan Be Creative: Over the years we have developed a 5 step process as our guide. This process is adapted for each project and client to suit their individual needs, but the foundations of the Plan Be process allows us to spend time creating, not figuring out what to do next.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Plan Be Creative: Understanding.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Plan Be Creative: Methodically. In our minds there are no demanding clients, only clients you are at first unsure what it is they want. The process of creating a project brings clarity to the client and they discover what it is they need. As we discover the clients needs together we adapt the project to meet their needs. We have done our job when the clients needs are met.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Plan Be Creative: Answer the questions: 1) Which firm has the people and resources to best meet the needs of the project? 2) Which firm do I feel a connection with? And weight the answer 66.6% for #1 and 33.3% for #2. Ideally the choice will be the firm which scores highest for both questions, however, you can have a great relationship with the people of a firm, but if they do not have the people, experience and resources to complete the project, the relationship will be lost.

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Plan Be Creative: Doing what we are doing now, only for larger clients.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Plan Be Creative: Everywhere! The internet will infiltrate every aspect of peoples lives. How this is handled will determine if it is a good or bad thing.

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Plan Be Creative: Mac

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Plan Be Creative: Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Creative. Plan Be is not a fall back or second choice, it is the plan that works.

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Plan Be Creative: Do research into what their target audience wants.
