I spent three full 1/2 days studying the various web sites of Ottawa-based graphic designers, and interviewed ND Design's Heather Morin as one of three I had selected. I liked the work she had done for other clients. We met and discussed 'the look' I wanted and general content which I had prepared. She listened and came back to me with a professional proposal in a timely manner. It was a very efficient process from thereon, and it turned out that I was always pleased with what she prepared/proposed. She always gave me 2 or 3 options to choose from. Capital Chimney Sweep Inc. contracted New Dimension Design to completely re-do our website. After our initial meeting, we was sure that Heather had grasped the concept of what we were looking for. She presented a thorough and comprehensive web design proposal, which we agreed to. Our previous website had introduced us to the advantages of having an effective website that was working properly near the top of all search engines. It worked well for many years, but over time we realized it was outdated. Heather, of New Dimension Design, provided us with a fresh website with new material and ensured that it was up and running efficiently. She kept us up to date on the progress of the website and was receptive to our suggestions and ideas. We are exceptionally pleased with the final result and would highly recommend the services of New Dimension Design.
I met with Heather over coffee to discuss the design layout of the page. Heather then created a "mock-up" to be reviewed and after acceptance of that design she went ahead and created the working site. Heather is quick to respond to requests for updates and changes. She continually lets me know of new features that are available to enhance sites location and accessibility. I appreciate Heather courteous, professional manner. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with New Dimension Design for our web needs.

This company was very accommodating of the site type and content that we wanted. We initially made changes frequently and they were never annoyed or unresponsive to the changes. They made suggestions that were proactive and we communicated regularly with actual face to face meetings and email and phone correspondence.
Any technical elements that we needed to know were succinctly provided. We are totally capable of maintaining and updating the site in-house using Contribute (as recommended) and our Google based calendar as instructed, and we are really happy with the beautiful, user friendly, informative end result.
They treated us professionally and with utmost courtesy and respect for our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have an excellent relationship with my web designer - she is always there for me when I have a question or need to do some changes on my web.
