Developing a brand identity and disseminating it to the world over mixed media is a crucial element to the success of a modern business. KIMBO Design was not only up to the task, they executed brilliantly and exceeded our expectations. In all aspects and stages of the project, Kim and her staff delivered impeccable customer service and were all at once, the utmost professional. They were able to take the values and vision of MackLab Design and translate them into an effective communications campaign. A key strength of KIMBO Design is their ability to effectively communicate with their customers. We were involved at every stage of the development process and felt at ease with the creative direction. They were able to forge a working relationship and an implementation process that was very organic.
In addition to a flawless process, the results were impressive. We have received numerous compliments on our media presentations, including print materials, logo design, website, and business card. KIMBO Design did an amazing job on our campaign. We had only a short time before a major Film Festival event launch, but KIMBO Design rose to the occasion and finished a web project that we were told would have taken 3 months to complete. They finished it in just 1 month without compromising quality. The flash animations on each section of the site were well-received and still three years later I receive compliments on the animations and the "look and feel" of the website's design.
I would definitely recommend KIMBO Design to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy web design company. I commend them on their dedication to our project and on their commitment to deadlines and deliverables.

* Yes, they spent a lot of extra time at the end of the project to make sure out website was exactly what we requested. The final product was tweaked a number of times to work beyond our expectations.

Kimbo Design is a great company to work with. The folks at Kimbo Design knew exactly what they were doing. From creating the mockup of my website to the official launch, I was guided by staff at Kimbo Design on every stage of the project.
They were always in touch with me and I never hesitated to contact them when I had a technical question to ask. I don't know much about the web and how websites work, but the folks at Kimbo Design made it easy for me to understand. They were only an email and a phone call away. Talk about good customer service.
During the time that my website was under construction, the little changes and details that I requested were taken care of right away without any problems.
When my website was up for the first time, I was so excited and it was launched on time as well. It was everything that I expected from my website. If I need to update my website, I would simply pick up the phone and call Kimbo Design.
I would recommend Kimbo Design to any company looking for a fresh new website.
