As an individual promoting my own buisness for over 10 years I was often posed the question "Do you have a web site?" I realized that to move forward I would need to get past the intimidation and began to research. It quickly became obvious I was far from a comfort zone and became overwhelmed immediately with words such as HTML, key words and J Pegs.
While at an art show I met Ms. Desroisiers who was very straightforward and assured me that creating a site for me would be an easy and exciting task. Her enthusiasm immediately put me at ease. She was very understanding and patient.
Her initial question was "Have you given any thought to what you might like?" My answer was, black, easy for anyone to use and expandable.
Within 2 days of recieving my first photo she had my site up and running, including a logo, e-mail and gallery. It was and is way beyond my initial expectations and my first sale came in the first 2 weeks. With current commisions coming faster than I can work.
Ms. Desroisiers has gone above and beyond in her creativity and professionalism. She is easy to contact, and prompt in returning any e-mails or calls. Any additions have been addressed and taken care of in a 24 hour span. Her proficiency is quite astounding and I highly recommend her services to any buisness to increase sales or exposure.
Very impressed with Janelle's quick understanding of the business of dressmaking I'm in & how the website comes across. ”I believe in openness and timeliness in order to maximize the success of a project. I like to sit down with clients to go over an initial creative brief and identify exactly what the client's needs, wants and goals are for the project. Next is a period of research that focusses on my client's customer base, as well as their competitors. With this research in mind, I enter the development phase.
After I submit potential solutions to the client, we review suggested changes together to make sure that we are still on target with the initial goals identified. The product is then tested to iron out any kinks.
Once both the client and I are satisfied that the product meets/exceeds expectations, the product is delivered!”
