- My relationship with the web designer was very personable. I felt I could approach him with all my questions, needs, and ideas.
- He very much took my requests into consideration. He wanted me to be totally happy with my website, and worked hard to see that happen.
- I was very much a part of the process, and at many stages. Nothing went up without my okay.
- I am not horribly technologically savvy, so he explained what I needed to know and put processes in place so I could do my own updates simply.
- I am very happy with my site. I have gotten many compliments on it as well, by people within the music industry as well as friends and fans.
- All complications were dealt with promptly and respectfully.
I would highly recommend this company, and have been since we began working together.
